(1) How do I get a price for my badges before I order
Just click on Calculate your badge cost and fill in all the box's, at the bottom it will give
you a total cost including GST and delivery.

(2) How do I order online
After you have gone through Calculate your badge cost, you will see
Are you ready to order your badges (click Here) click on this button
and it will start the order process.

(3) How do I send my Logo
Continue on to order after quote, next page click on the Browse button
to locate the logo were it is stored on your computer, once it is located
click on the upload button (logo must be at least 50 x 50mm and 300DPI
no more than 200k in size.
Logo formats are (Supported Formats : JPG,JPEG,TIF,BMP,EPS,WMF,AI,CDR,PDF)

(4) How do I tell you were I want the logo placed
     After you have attached your logo , scroll down the page till you find
 the sample matching were you want it and just click on the button along side it

(5) Can I have different fonts and colours on my badges
     Yes you can select a different font , text size and colour for each line on your badge
        (coloured badges only not on engraved badges)

(6) How do I order badges with different names and title on each badge
     Just below were you have selected your fonts and text size  there is a large boxtype in the text for each badges as per the sample, there is no limit to how manyyou can type here.
     (note:  check your list for spelling and that your list is correct here as you do not see the list again till or completed)

(7) Can I to check than my order is correct before I place the order
Yes on the preview and check out page you can check all the things you have selected, you can go back and make changes from here.
Your full list names will print out on your recept at the end of the order
 
(Special notes for this page) the preview page will show only fonts. colours and text  for the first badge on your list.
Also it will show the logo position you selected but will not show your logo
 

 
 
(8) Is my credit card safe on this site
      Yes when you reach the check out page you will see the pad lock at the top or bottom of the page (depends on which version of windows explorer you use.)
The pad lock is the symbol for a secure web site.
 

 
 
(9) Do I get to see a preview of my badges before they are printed
  We always send a PDF email preview of one badge with all orders with logo's for 5 badges or more,
you can request one for smaller orders in the message box at the end of your order.
We do not make the badges or charge credit cards till we recieve a reply from the preview
We do not normally send preview for text only badges.
Previews are not possible for engraved badges
